1kg Pork; Butter 50gr; Vinegar; Lemon 1 pc

Seasonings: -
How to Make: Pork marinated in Vinegar and Lemon for - +1 hour
the longer the better (up to 12h), after it pierced with bamboo (satay), then spread with butter and baked until it is enough to cook. Serve with sauce dabu-dabu.
